worst experience with this hotel... very bad behavior of the staff with customer. horrible rooms... not suggesting to anyone to stay here very good options are available...

it's pnb bank holiday home. location is ok. bathroom, almira n rooms are small and not clean. cleaning service is not good and they will not clean the room in routine or change the bedsheet if you won't demand for the same. there is no lock in almirah, no toilet soap, slippers, electric kettle, tea pouches provided. food is ok nd reasonable rates.

Staff behavior is very rude, I was visit early 2 hours and his ask me money for early check in, he said room is not Available if you pay then I can give u room👎🏿

prime location with covered parking spot and adjacent to mall road. The best part was food . highly recommended for budget stay

I would rate and describe my experience basis few parameters:
Location- Good for those who are traveling in a personal vehicle or else reaching the hotel to and fro could be really challenging with huge luggage bags. Also, no local conveyance available near this location except bikes/scooty on rent or a personal vehicle so opt for it if you're ready to walk long distances.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
