TV and air conditioner was not working and there was water leakage in ac, Even after complaining, no response was received.The bathroom was very dirty. When I went there, there was no bucket in the bathroom, I had to call and get it, only then it was available....The behavior of the staffs was not good at all.....

the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! Food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated. The hotel will be returned to its former glory.

the room was just average. the linen looked used, the a/c plug was removed, the geyser was overflowing, and water was leaking continuously from the toilet bowl and shower. the toilet was very dirty, and no drinking water was provided.
