The last time hotel room was in good condition but this time the room was not in good condition. The washroom was not proper. The intercom was not working initially. The window curtain was short, not covering the light. I requested to change the room also but no one listened.

the hotel is in good location, spacious and clean. the rates are little higher and place a door mat infront of the bathroom please. food is decent

It was a pathetic experience. Lift was not working. Middle of the night ac getting shut down, changed 2 rooms also, but same condition. Pathetic staff, totally careless. They just ignore the situation. Spent almost sleepless 2 nights. Staff and manager of the hotel just don't bother. Bathroom overflow with water

Lift isn't working. It is very difficult for aged people to climb stairs. Foul smell.in both the rooms. Also, dampness in rooms.Tap in the washroom is not functioning properly.Elderly people in the family are troubled climbing staircase. One room is smaller and does not seem Premium as booked. There's foul smell and dampness in both the rooms. Bathroom tap is not functioning properly. No bucket in the bathroom. No liquid handwash available. I want refund.

good place to stay in patna with a central location and hygienic atmosphere..the rooms are spacious and kept clean with ample lighting despite zigzag buildings outside restricting views..the staff is very courteous and goes out of way to make sure the guests have a great stay..definitely one of the best budget stays in patna
