Ac was not working properly not worth of paying that high amount..
Tv was also not working..
wifi was also not working well..
the reception guy was not polite and mannered

First of all the price is very high and with out amenities they are charging 3 Star rates ..Ac won't work properly and even tv in rooms doesn't work..if we call them and ask them,they will change the set up box from another room...
AC won't work much here..

Staff was good but hotel was lacking basic amenities. Had to ask everything from the reception. Room was booked for two but everything provided was for only one person. Bathroom has a window where people cab easily see through. No proper knobs to the door. Hotel doesn't have their own kitchen service. It felt like a 1 or 2 star hotel but definitely not a 3 star hotel. Not worth my money

Fully Cheated by the hotel. Ive booked Room for Single Occupancy, Hotel offered me Room of 2 tiny Twin Beds.. while I requested for single bed they've asked for Rs-1000 extra..The hotel reception person is very rude and unprofessional.. Also while I escalated this concern to the support team Representative from was just playing a role of passing the hotel messages to me instead of giving me positive solution. He was very unprofessional while interacting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ...more
