Very Bad experience, Recently I booked a resort room and was expecting good facilities at resort as mentioned. But at resort I faced lot of challenges like no hot water inside room, AC & fan not working. Rooms and ambience was not properly clean.

Fare enough hotel stay. good location for Sinhgad vist. nice and clean rooms.
Restaurant was closed due to Covid-19. But ordered food from outside was good too.

A classic example where decent infrastructure is not enough when you don't manage it well coupled with owners / receptions unnecessary rude behaviour which is enough to ruin the experience.
Pros: decent infrastructure, easy to locate
cons: bad customer service, no electricity backup

There are no extra amenities in Royal Classic than Classic except for balcony .

i) No extra mattress was provided for 3people , most of the channel were not working on tv
ii) the reception was so rude and was ordering us to fill out the form and not politely saying
iii) wifi password was provided incorrect even after calling several times the manager was not bothered.
iv) the keys were given to meand he didn't even care to tell me where to go,as if i stay there
v) worst ever hospitality i ever noticed as the reception was rude and back answering as if i was stay ...more
