this is our 5th or 6th time at this place, and as always, it was amazing! good room, beautiful ambience, especially with the water flowing right next to the property, and great food.
they can improve the quality of breakfast, but lunch & dinner were too good.

stayed in a non ac room. filled with mold smell. for fan, tv power socket is used. so, it's either tv or fan.

inside the room bathroom was clean. balcony was dusty. inspite of our request guards didn't switch off the car parking area light infront of our bed throughout the night. we had disturbed sleep. river water isn't fit to take bath not clean. restaurant breakfast was not good. for whatever the price we gave for our stay we didn't get full satisfaction and it wasn't worth it. only the greenery part was good. nothing else. rooms balcony had no privacy. we checked out of the place earlier by 9am itself bcz of the uncomfortable feeling.

great location. friendly staff. but, the negatives overtook the positives.
1.we stayed in a standard non ac room located outside the main property. bulbs were missing from all balcony lights
2. the house phone was out of order and hence not able to contact the front office
3. the room door was not secured by a strong latch/lock from inside. there was just one week aluminum latch!
4. dinner was okay. but, breakfast was a disappointment. masala dosa didn't taste the usual karnataka cuisine. no fil ...more
