Food is ok. Rooms looks very old and poor maintenance. The staff there is not ready to bring water to the room even after we requested. There is no power in thd night and we stayed there even with out power backup for the whole night during our 2nd day of stay. Service is so poor need to improve.

Not worth the building. A rundown building from the British era. Dirty blankets and bedsheets which never got a wash since the British left!!

perfect stay surrounded by nature and comfort!
we stayed at the hotel from 3rd july to 7th july 2025, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
the staff was extremely polite, caring, and supportive – always available and willing to help with a smile, especially rahul verma. the food was awesome – fresh, tasty, and exactly what we wanted. we even ordered a few items from ou ...more

The rooms are not good...toilet walls were dirty with black fungii. There was seepage on the walls. Furnitures are very old. Bed sheet was dirty and torn. Bathroom was stinking.
However, the premises are very scenic and beautiful. Only higher cost cottages are recommended.

The hotel is located in a great area, very pleasant to be around, wonderful scenery, but the rooms and food at the restaurant in the hotel were not up to the mark, that needs a lot of improvement...

The cottage was clean and view is nice...however, hospitality was very poor...no timely room service.
For breakfast, they attend only customers who pay and have breakfast. For buffet customers, they didn't pay kuch attention.
