Excellent Budget Property, Lake view. The All women Staff were efficient. The Manager was kind, she upgraded our room higher, as was travelling with older parents.

We had a really lovely stay at KTDC Kumarakom Gateway Resort. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view of the backwaters.
The food was tasty with a good mix of local and continental options. We especially enjoyed the fresh Kerala-style dishes. Service was prompt and courteous throughout our stay – the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Alappuzha !!
