the stay at kumarakom heritage was good. not so welcoming staff. rooms were as said in goibibo.lights in the room were not sufficient. day 2 also same used towels were folded and given for us. food was tasty. photogenic place but very dull environment. not worth the money.

We were a family of 4 , right from welcoming us with warmth and welcome drink, everything was excellent .....stay, pool access, food , spacious giant room , room was facing the pool and has AC , provided us with extra bedding for comfortable stay......traditional kerala type...provided us with royal treatment by setting our breakfast in our room ....Overall very happy with our stay with them ❤️Kids friendly, excellent room service , pool access
