Location is nice although it's far from heart of the city, and the entrance to the property is decent. The reception staff and staff in general at this property is sloppy at best and rude at worst. They pay no attention to the the queries being made and are not responsive at all. One has to keep reminding them to get simple things done, with no sense of urgency or sense of importance being placed on the staff's part to cater to the guest's needs.

,1 bread butter costed ₹60.(only included two standalone pieces of bread.)
At least it should include 2 pairs of bread.

Local conveyance is not available. Food items are limited. Unprofessional staff. Wash room cleaning is very poor.

we stayed on nothing of 14 th august, observer overall very good experience with family August. Good old heritage style stay safe and hygienic.
