The only thing nice about the place was the view/location. The rooms were not clean or properly equipped. All you have is a semi clean bed. No toiletries, no tv remote, not even room keys. The service can be just as bad.

Its horrible, we havent a fan properly working and we have to open the main door for aircirculation. The Room was not cleaned and not satisfied at all

The stay was fabulous, till a group of people came to our top floor. They were drinking, smoking and loud songs and all till 5 am in the morning. So sleep went nicely like that. Not recommended for families. The manager was no where available, even if he is busy, he should take the responsibilty to arrange someone to handle things. The boy who cooks and was available was useless.And do not opt the option of breakfast becs nothing was there for it, its better not to opt and eat from outside. Anyw ...more

When we reached there,manager demands extra Rs2500 for one suite room because our booking was for one Deluxe room and one suite room ,which select randomly.Issue was 2 rooms was on 2 seperate building.One common hall and door for one room ,due to privacy issue ,we opt his demand.Way to kuttikanam castle was almost broken road,drunkard manager creates noise till around night 1 pm.They doesn't provide even drinking water ,after our requirement,they provided.initially cancels the agreement with thi ...more
