at hotel with this tariff i expect minimum basic services. there was no personal kit available, i have asked about it in check in itself after seeing the ambience at reception, the receptionist replied that they can bring it next day morning.
there were only two options available in the breakfast, idli and poori that too you are forceful to either one or opt out

we had a worst experience stay there. No restaurant service, poor room service, no lights in parking area, no one knows English to communicate. House keeping is very worst.

The hotel was really good. Room was clean and it had all the required amenities. The reception staff was very cooperative and well accepting.

I had a very wonderful time over here ! The services provided to me, were beyond what I expected ! It was absolutely worth every single penny spent on my stay over here ! Receptionist Shamli was soo kind and hospitable !
Whenever youre in Trissur, this is place where you gotta stay ! Honestly, i cant wait to come back and stay here again !
