I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations for the following reasons:
1. Room Assignment: The room provided to me did not match the balcony view as advertised in the images on your platform. This was disappointing as it influenced my booking decision.

When I booked this resort it was a room with a balcony. But they provided a room without any balcony. There was not even a window in room. It did not give a vibe like a resort. The only good thing is it is near the beach.
