Had a very pleasant stay at this resort.The food ,service,hospitality is of top notch.Prompt service and humble and courteous staff.The front desk staff was excellent Was exceptional ,kind and helpful all the time .Great job keep it up.

my stay at la'grace resort was average due to several factors. first, the elevator lacked proper lighting and had an unpleasant smell. the air conditioning was in poor condition, and the landline was non-functional. the swimming pool attendant was overly focused on checking male underwear to ensure it was made of nylon, which felt unnecessary. additionally, the reception service was slow, and they did not prioritize guests effectively, leading to a less-than-ideal experience overall.

Horrible experience in our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Will never recommend
1. Never book their standard room, it's more like a shabby Dharamshala. They don't have direct room service and you need to pay everytime you have food like you are an outside guest. The benefits just across the road are higher
2. Stay only if you have a car and you find no place. The hotel security and staff work together with local taxi operators. They ensure to drain you out with at least double the logical charges w ...more

Our stay was very comfortable hotel staff is good and polite. good food only breakfast spread can be improved very less option both days puri omlette and same fruits and tea taste has to be improved dipped one. Special Thankyou chef for providing packed lunch for my kid as we had to travel after checking out.Pros:Rooms are spacious, hotel has kids play area. Ambience is really nice here. Restaurant is also good, breakfast needs some improvement in terms of options offered like stuffed paratha, Dosa etc. Room cleanliness needs some improvement like spider webs were there in washroom at few places.
