We stayed at the hotel for two days. The overall service was quite average—staff didn’t seem attentive and didn’t assist with our luggage. The room was also just okay and didn’t feel worth the price; it could have been cleaner and better maintained. Even basic items like a water bottle were charged at nearly double the usual price, so it’s better to buy such things from outside. The breakfast spread was the only highlight—varied and well-prepared.

Firstly AC was not working after complaining for 5 to 6 times then somehow AC started working. overall other stay was good .

The hotel management and staff response is worst. After check in hotel we haven't got the bath towels till next day .

Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Very near to Promenade Beach, white town and other attractions, as well as the availability of nearby cafes and eateries. over all very comfortable stay.

I came here for a trip, my family and I found this hotel very comfortable, their service is top-notch on par with a 5 star hotel. This is an affordable hotel for stay, very close to the rock beach. It is as good as a 5 star hotel in terms of hospitality, service and food, I would recommend anyone who visits pondi to stay here.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST UNCLE, CLOGGED BATHROOMS. RUSTED SHOWER HEADS. ARROGANT UNCLE. NON EXISTENT SERVICE. PAY THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY. ALTERNATIVELY STAY IN A CHEAP LODGE. The King size bedroom was spacious and also had a space to sit on a sofa. The lift has an interesting setting - it allows you to go upto only the floor on which your room is, based on the room access card. This is a good safety feature. The premises has facility to park 4-5 cars, which is a luxury in Pondy. One sore point is that the person at the reception was kind of rude with guests and he was more keen to direct the staff on some errands. He should be trained to be curteous comfortable and spacious rooms

Property was nice, good room, but the room service was horrible. I ordered for dinner which was not ready until 2 hrs. I had to call at reception three times to get hand towel. Two times my intercom got disconnected. Very few options for lunch and dinner. For breakfast there is no room service. Overall stay was good but if you are looking for room service not a good option.
