Owner Me Greg is an excellent host. 1. Walking distance from Morjim 2. Rooms are spacious. 3. You have your own personal fridge to keep your drinks chilled 4. Ample parking space 5. Property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature.

The property is very close to the beach and a quiet place for nature lovers. The owner and staff are very cooperative and helpful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance from the Hotel. I'd recommend this place for families and friends looking for a quiet stay near the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was good place to stay, but it is a small cottage. Far from other visiting places. Very less availability of food and other required things.

The rooms were average, lots of insects in the room but the service was very good...Shankar was very helpful and promptly delivered all our requirements.Hot water for bathing was an issue so had to manually ask Shankar to bring a bucket of hot water everyday.Breakfast was the same everyday bread Butter Omelet and Poha but it was delicious.Overall Good Experience

Very bad location, We have booked for 5 nights but its very difficult to reach there due to bad roads. Before booking the owner told us that Cottages are Sea facing but on arrival we came to know that beach is a bit far (around 10 mins Walking) from there. We have lost our full booking amount of 5 nights as we didnt stayed there.
