The experience was horrible. We had booked the hotel through and the booking amount was paid in full. But when we reached the hotel the owner said that he has closed down the property and no rooms could be provided to us. we had to shift to a nearby hotel by paying more.Thus for this utter nuisance and miscommunication I want my amount to be refunded in full at the earliest please!

the stay experience was pleasant, room was good, the bedding was soft and comfortable i could get good sleep. only problem is the heater took a bit too long to make the water even lukewarm for shower and that was very inconvenient. besides that all good

Decent place for stay. they provide kettle and tea/coffee supplies in the room rich I found to be good. the location is little far but you can order food through online apps.

Overall stay was good. Room and washrooms were clean. Tea and coffee and kettle amenities were there. The cons were that the TV was not working properly, very poor wifi connection and room is very small, not much space to walk. Also there was no fan.

We had a wonderful stay at La Serene Business Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. The highlight of our check-in experience was the receptionist, Premika. She made the process incredibly smooth and was very humble and accommodating. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for our entire stay. The hospitality and service there are truly top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at La Serene Business Hotel in Bangalore, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
