Not very great … owner was not so cooperative. He switched off power supply for AC 1 min before the checkout time. Room hygene was not very good. Blankets etc were not fresh. Bathroom was smelly

would like to inform that we were given standard room inspite of booking the deluxe roomPictures are different and the room alloted were differentAc didn't work the first nightAlso the fridge cooling was not working.

Rooms are clean very close to morjim beach .Staff is also friendly and supportive.. All aminities are working as expected. Overall happy to stay here..

It's only budget hotel ..... We are not satisfied services , quality and other ... staff behaviour very poor , booking time TV show but not provided in deluxe room... Totaly disappointed about rude behaviour and services.
please not booked this hotel.

Ours was a last minute one night stay plan and we were pleased to get a nice clean room with breakfast for only ~Rs. 1000. The hotel owner was kind enough to receive us late at night and even arranged pickup from the airport at Rs. 1700 (slightly lower than pre-paid fare) at a few hours notice.
Comfortable room and easy on the pocket. Ideal for a short stay.
