Truly the worst experience! Firstly, the pool and rooms in the pictures don’t match what’s actually there. Moreover, the property is located far away from Baga and Calangute. Despite having a reservation for 5 days, we had to check out the very next day due to an emergency. Even after numerous requests for a partial refund, they didn’t initiate any reimbursement; instead, they charged us for just 1 night’s stay.I’ll recommend this to literally no one! Think carefully before booking!
