hotel was very nice and clean. the staff was responsive. the check-in and check out process was smooth. loved the food as well.

Need pest control , flies and mosquitoes and so many insects in room. Firstly the room goven to me had a faulty ac which caused my luggage got wet .
Secondly the entire hotel is unsafe for stay as there is no system for fire fighting or smoke detection
Late to very late delivery of eatables etc
