NO ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD. BREAKFAST AND DINNER TIMINGS ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN 8 TO 9:30. SET TOP BOX NOT RECHARGED, THEY CHANGE IT FROM THE EMPTY ROOMS. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The service is very good. polite staff and friendly. Food is good, at times delicious. They have heaters which operates in the evening for 3-4 hours. later you can ask for electric heating blanket for free. It's a 3 star hotel with amazing ambience, staff, and service.

The location is pretty good. Reaching the facilities in from airport only take 5 minutes. However, the tooms aren't up to the mark in terms of cleanliness. it's better to consider Sangalyay Palace which is hardly 2 minutes away from this hotel
