Basic amenities were missing. We had to call and ask for them explicitly. They were too slow to respond to any query. Reservation manager was not able to help us with our issues and he/she was unavailable most of the times despite knowing our tight travel schedule.
The conversation with the management team on call was bad experience, as she didn't sound professional at all.
Very bad experience, won't recommend further to anyone!

well ! well maintained property.
Cleaning and Proper maintained Rooms .Crew are friendly especially front dask bois Mr Satish Chandra or Bhupender Thakur. Delicious Food . Time to time service. Thanks thanks a lot for your service 🙏🏻 Fantastic experience with your staff☺️

Very bad experience. Bedsheets & bed covers were very unhygienic. No bathroom slippers in the hotel where the weather is extremely cold and no hot water.

The owner was very helpful; he arranged the cab for us for the airport drop. Overall our stay at hotel was good. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, staff courteous and good food.

I really recommend this place. One of our family members had oxygen problem late in the night on our first day in leh and we had to wake up the staff.they were concerned and very helpful. The owner,manager.and staff were very kind and they look after us throughout our stay.

Good hospitality with timely services, listens to every concern. The manager was friendly and took care of us throughout the stay. Hotel is located very near to main leh market only 5 min walking. Hotel and rooms were clean and food was good too.

They dont have rooms in this hotel.
They propose to take other low category hotel which is 2-3km far
