Dear Goibibo Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent booking made through your platform. I had booked a Deluxe Room at a 3-star resort, based on the clean and well-maintained images and descriptions shown on your app. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the actual property was entirely different from what was advertised.

After booking i went there but nobody gave me room next day i got a call saying that send your id and booking id so that we can give your refund but till date i have not received any kind of refunds please do the needful in this regard a very bad experience was that

it's pathetically maintained and the property is too old and full of dampen walls. kitchen is also not good.
