This hotel is 36 years old. Of course it is existing because of its quality. It also falls inside an average stay budget.

Food and tea delivery is one hour after order.
Management is not respond to any complaint.
Hotel approach road is very narrow.

When you consider what you're getting at this price, the experience has been very bad. The tea cups were outright dirty, no mats outside the bathroom, no toothpaste and handwash as well. The food at the restaurant was also very expensive.
The property and the staff were nice. That's the only good point.

excellent experience. was confised with negative reviews but it's One of best place to stay.

restaurant - good , pricing may feel more but it's fine if u consider any hill station cost is more.
each room ka villa and so unique designed that each one get seperate outside seating out area

we booked room for 2 night stay hotel location is good but service is very poor power backup is also issue in this hotel .Not recommended for family stay..
