Pros-Located at the centre, staffs are co-operative. Cons-Power backup is a huge disappointment. Power cuts are common in port Blair. However their backup generator gets 5 min to get started and ac doesn't work in backup. At night it took around 10 min to turn on the backup. Imagine sweating in the middle of the night and not being able to sleep with an infant crying in the dark. Another time we got stuck in the lift due to a power cut for 2-3 minutes. It's a nightmare. not at all worth for for the money. smallest ever room with further smallest bathroom ever seen. also with poor service. only positive thing is location near to cellular Jail. smallest room ever with no space for extra bed. very tiny bathroom with logged out toilet seat cover. shower with minimal flow so we didn't take bath for whole one day

we went as a family of 3 with a kid.location is best ie clock tower.abeerdin bazar is nearby.rooms are neat.tv, fridge, AC n cupboard is there.staff is courteous.

Excellent staff, Polite Behaviour, Prompt Response, Centrally located Hotel and good food. Restaurant service is a bit slow.
