Very nice property. Huge space. Best part of it is the private beach. It is the cleanest beach that we have seen in Mahabalipuram. Nice pool and kids play area. Courteous staff. Good food. Clean room.

1. Property in main road with private beach access, swimming pool, TT, Carrom facilities.
2. Rooms are spacious with proper cot and mattress for third person.
3. Buffet Breakfast is excellent with good spread👌.
4. Restaurant is neat, ordered some sandwiches and fries..it was very good, but turn around time was long after placing order.
5. Toiletries in the bathroom are limited. I have to ask for a couple of containers of body wash and shampoos for 3 adults. They dont have larger containers for these to get refilled.
6. Lawn, swimming pools were very spacious and well maintained.

poor management. staff behave bored and tired . property has decent rooms, ample parking. compliment breakfast is served like as if they are doing you a favour.. u will get better resorts for that price range.

Very Courteous Staff, Vast Campus with well maintained Swimming pool and beach access. Food was served hot and well prepared. Decent and Spacious Rooms. Safe and Well maintained Resort.

Landmark Pallavi beach resort - Had a chance to stay there during Christmas week. 2nights 3days. It was a splendid experience. Deluxe room it was great. King size bed, a single bed as well. With led TV, fridge, table teapoy sofa ,locker and decent restroom. Children's play area was good. More space for parking. Big play ground for kids to enjoy foot ball cricket volley ball kho kho kabadi etc. Also a brilliant swimming pool. Very clean. 4 feet for adults. And 3 pools for children's 1ft 2ft and 3 ...more

stay is good,big pool is there,for everyone,anyone can enjoy even kids.only their service is slow may be because of large premises.food is not good at all.needs improvement
