Hotel was too premium only for rates but in actual there is no service facility. Tv not working, Ac not working, electric boards not in working also no housekeeping available

Experience was not Good. Rooms have pathetic smell. Guy at reception will keep your ID /Aadhar Card and you will forget your ID then you have visit again to collect your ID. Only good thing is Staff behaviour, apart from staff at reception at night. Food was good. Rooms were overpriced.

Negative points: Room was not ready, all required thing like towal, soap, water, tea was not available, had to call for everything. Positive points: Room service and food was good. hotel location is good, overall my stay was good.
