hotel hai ek dum, I booked this with the prepaid payment that's why inhone jo sbse bekar room tha wo provide kiya na toh usme TV working tha, na usme service ke name pe koi chiz thi jaise ki towel, soap or handwash upar se AC ka remote working ni tha agar AC on ya off Krna hai toh hume reception pe call Krna pad rha tha. Jab room change krne ko bola toh usne mna kr diya ki koi available ni hai agar issey thoda luxury catagory ka lena hai toh wo mil jayega just because he wanted to charge extra ...more

floor tiles are not fixed. it's coming out from the floor. today i extended the stay for another room. but they changed the room. this room have fixed tiles. but when i came to the room,a/c is not working.when i requested it got on. then there was no water in the room. i got down and collected the water. then i found that the tv is not working. i requested the reception to make it on at 7.30 pm. until now it's not down at 9.24 pm. now i am going to sleep. the a/ c not working good as in 403. this room no is 203 and i am adjusting with this
