stay was good, good is also good, the intermittent power outages was really inconvenience and also they could maintain more cleaning in the rooms and common areas. staff behaviour is very good and also they were very helping.

very poor service, poor quality of room and amenities, no single cuppord, no single hanger in the room. we have discussed this problem with reception and hotel manager however there is no any interest to listen the guest. cleaning is ok. ok. no restaurant in the hotel. not recommanded to anybody.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lazo Silver Lake Hotel, Ooty. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
What truly set this apart, However, was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel manager Prakash with his warm and attentive service made me feel truly at home.
Overall, Lazo Silver Lake Hotel is the perfect gateway for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Ooty.

my overall stay experience was good except car parking space and geaser switch kept outside of the room and become faulty multiple times in few days. though that was fixed instantly, suggest if this can be fixed. also if more parking space can be enabled within the facility( i had to park outside on day 1 due to lack of space). otherwise food is good and i am recommending this stay😊.

-hotel rooms are satisfactory,
-no proper sound proofing for main door, lot of noise comes from out walking area.
-some time water Heater probelm.
-hotel incharges are good and polite persons.
-morning breakfast is good enough.
