The staff are behaving friendly and the candolim beach is 3 min walking distance from the hotel. But room rent is much higher than its condition.

Stay there was very pleasant... Property is as shown in the pictures... staff used to clean the rooms daily.. and when we came back it was all clean and made us feel like home... It was easily reachable.. area was good too...

Wonderful Stay in Lazy Palm Beach Apartments. Very near to Candolim beach.
Agauda Fort, Baga Beach and calangute beach are 15 min away. Staff are helpful and they will guide us for anything. Serene and peaceful area. Pool is simple and great. Will definitely recommend.

waste of money. No proper pre arrangements, no proper cleaning of room, entrance and swimming pool. Everywhere there is a bad smell. property sorrounded by residents who are so arrogant and noise making peoples. No parking facility available, no power all the time and no DTH connection to watch TV and nothing is clean, everywhere you found stink, dust, bad smelling objects, spider web, cockroaches, broken things, uncleaned bed.
