worst room .....dirty toilets.....manager on desk is a bigg lier....room is hardly bigger then a 6 person dining table .....smelly rooms with dirty bed sheet.....

This is the worst hotel ever in my experience. Room is very small in size. There is no enough space ti put luggage. We booked a Deluxe room. They allotted me room no 103. After entering the room, I found door can not be closed properly from inside. Water was dropping from the toilet roof. I complained about the room. However, they told me to shift to next room i.e. room no 102. Room was not cleaned. Bedsheet was dirty. They didn't provide towel and soap. Room is very small in size. It was very ...more

so we booked room for 5 People and we came early. thus we asked for early checkin . He told us you need to pay Rs 500 extra for early checkin and we came at 7am but we got for at 10am and then also we were charged. and now I say my booking had complementary early check without any pay. Thus they should Have given us room a bit early as my whole family: mom and dad were waiting in the morning and were sitting. and then even we got 1 room as early check in and in the evening we asked for water and ...more

it was horrible. we couldn’t sleep till 5 o clock in the morning as some boys were partying or doing something in the next room or lobby. dirty rooms with lots of insects. tiny rooms with tiny beds in which a 5’5 person cannot sleep. our feet were above the bed. area was also not safe for family or married couple. they will stare you as if you are doing something wrong by living in the hotel. i had to take out my manglasutra every single time so that they can see we are married. worst experience

Great hospitality and valuable hotel, there is family hotel and located in main road 2 min walking distance in paharganj side railway station rooms clean and staff was really great provide good accommodation and proper amenities full air condition at night & day very child rooms I'm very happy there services our group always come this hotel there is no cheat no any take extra charges like early morning late check out etc.good behaviour front desk manager he will always active serve to own guest. ...more
