Location is fine. Staff was also good. But the condition of rooms were abysmal. The room i was given had a bad smell, there was garbage lying around, telephone was not working, it had a cockroach and a lizard and the bathtub was too rusty. I had to change the room. The other room was also full of dust, no proper lenin or blanket was there. The wood surfaces were worn off and tv also stopped working sometimes. I dont feel that the value charged to me per night did justice. I will not come to this hotel again.

all room bed is same size phone may be but no complaint bath tube there are no dust nature colour is same

the room was clean but the heater was not working properly. the staff was very cooperative and polite . overall the hotel was good

washroom was stinky and dirty . No toilet paper no bathroom kit no towel was available . no hanging tool . lock was nt working that was damaged .

Good Location and big size rooms but if they replace window ac with split ac to reduce noise level in the room and TVs also old so picture quality poor. need to be changed staff at Reception is good

this was the worst experience i have had , firstly the charge for water tht is every hotel provides complimentary 2 water bottles , second no towels , 3rd the condition on the washroom n the shower was amazing one needs approx an hour to take bath the water flow was amazing n wen told they said the pressure is fine , i would really appreciate to look forward for the same
