Hotel is in good location, check-in is not as smooth as expected as reached so late. Room is good but AC not working properly and its take too long to change the room (for whatevwr reasons). Room service is so delayed and we need to remind twice for every requirement. Food service is great and food is so very tasty and deserved a 4+star rating. This time Overall experience is average. But room hygiene is very good and expected to come in 4 star.

i was here for overnight stay. cleanliness is very good. guy at reception- behaviour was nice, polite. room size is small, but ok for single person single night stay.

Very Poor Experience with Le Roi Express hotel. There is no Hot water for bath, Tap water pressure is not there. There is buffet breakfast at the time of booking but no buffet breakfast is there. Room & wash room are very small. overall not good experience with this hotel.

THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE BATHROOM FOR BATHING,WATER FROM THE BASIN WAS PASSING OUT PROPERLY 😔.THE LIFT WAS SUDDENLY STUCK WITH LIGHTS OFF FROM INSIDE 😔.NETWORK 🛜 IS TOO POOR INSIDE THE ROOMS.MOST IMPORTANT THE FOOD QUALITY WORSENED.
