the infrastructure was very good. however, the room had bare minimum facilities. no coffee/tea/cutlery etc. one of the reception person was specifically rude. the room itself is well made. and the surrounding area of the hotel is really good

the location of the hotel is good. the rooms were also spacious. but they were a little dark. more lightings needed there. we were charged per day which was not worthy at all. the rooms must be priced around 2-3k maximum.

Great location, Spacious and clean rooms and friendly staffs. But Breakfast combo was not great as minimal items are available and they only will select what we need.. will not suggest the food combo option as it is not worth.. But overall decent stay and in the peak season time they/we got charged 9k, which is high. No dedicated parking available, so we have to find any vacant slots in the near areas or roads.

Rooms are not luxurious at all. Amenities are not up to the expectations. The rooms were not cleaned on regular basis. The functioning of the ac was controlled from the reception; every time you want to change the temp, you have to call them. They only provided two shampoo bottles (5ml each) and soaps. No toothpaste and brush. There wasn’t even hanger in the closet.

The experience was very pathetic as we stayed there for 3 nights with a non functional AC remote,we stuggled to open and close the main door lock,fridge was broken and the most pathetic experience was the hotel as no power backup.The front desk manager was very rude when we asked for the remote.He said temp of the AC will be controlled by them.I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there specially room 102
