The room we got first had cockroaches, leaky faucets and terrible smell. Had to get the room changed, it was fine but not up to expectations. On top of everything there were no power supply and it added to more inconvenience. Because of it elevator was not working, had to climb stairs as the breakfast was arranged in basement. The entire stay and experience was bad.

It was a great stay at Le Tresor. The staff was so cooperative and supportive. I am thankful to them for letting me check in early without levying extra charges. Great stay for sure. Place was clean tidy spacious and food was good too.

The experience at le tresor was great, enjoyed the stay. The staff were very helpful and approchable. The food was great too. Overall its a great hotel .

The property is clean and pleasant. Facilities are good. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful.
They should allot the type of room that the customer books. Booked for 3 nights, and we were allotted a smaller room. Though Goibibo did their best to sort the issue we were allotted the room that we booked only on the third night.
I would have rated a 5-star if not for the incident.
