it's a good resort with really beautiful backyard and mr Suresh also arrange sunset tour from private jetty at a reasonable price.Overall it's a great property with good location and good interior..

horrible stay experience here. no toiletries are provided, no drinking cold water, bathroom light fused , leaking a/c that created a pond of water in the room, ripped laminates in the room, phone charging point not working, cockroachs in the room, a/c not cooling, only malayalam news channels, no entertainment/sports/movies, room has coffee pot but no creamer/sugar.
and finally no room cleaning service is provided either.

The property is just awesome. . in respect to the location. Just walking distance to the Govt bus stand. Backwaters boat booking is just at the backside of the hotel.
Room view may not be so good but the cleanliness and hygiene is extremely good.
Staffs were very courteous - Amenities are perfect and having a glass wall washroom is undoubtedly warm to welcome the Guests.
If the tour is to stay at Poover - The choice is Leela Backwaters. !
Will visit again..!

It was not so good Experience...there is water not coming in bathroom.....after one hour we got it.....Ac was so noisy....it no Paisa vasul

Reception AC and Fan were off to save power we were literally sweating because of humidity.
we had not been served with welcome drinks even though hotel staff was knowing about guest arrival. Drinks offer was made later but what is the point if guest had to wait.
In my opinion view which is shown in images is not viewable from room may be because of room location I have not explored the property because of 1 night stay.
location is near to poovar bus station hence easy to get bus for trivendrum.
