The room is very small and smells bad. My mother and father are very elderly and have blood pressure problems. There is no ventilation in the room. There is a window in the room, open it to see the gutter pipes running in front. please cancel my booking and refund the amount

No clear communication After paying through app. they are asking for more money that doesn't make sense. please clear it before the booking. this is not the one and only hotel in Mussoorie.

Such a bad experience and the room is so small & no ac no fan even the service is so bad & ultra late service......food is pathetic
