It's a homestay not a hotel. Untidy and unhygienic rooms. Unwashed bedsheets, dirty curtains, bad smell in entire room specially from bedsheets. I didn't even felt like entering in the campus after reaching the location it was so untidy and messed up from outside as well. Wasted around 2 hours negotiating with hotel owner for entire booking cancellation and fee refund still he agreed only with 50% refund. Wouldn't hv written any review if he would not hv wasted my time. Shouldn't happen with other tourists who visit Goa with stringent time and leaves.
