reception not welcoming, hot and outside in parking.. staff not polite, rooms smelling, wash rooms not cleaned properly, room shown and given were different and again smells

Pleasant stay. Ac was working. Sufficient water . No other disturbances. Staff's were polite. 15 mintues to chatharpur metro station. Qutub minar is around 3 km away. Location is in a residential area. Also this is like a residential apartment ( fridge , gas stove, kitchen area n all available outiside your room)

Lemon green residency is probably the best hotel for stay which is value for money. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the service is better than many 5 star hotels. The only issue I had that the menu has limited items and the hotel doesn't allow outside food. Else I would have given it 5 stars. Make sure to have a conversation with day guard Mishra Jee. He has enough wisdom to solve all your problems and makes sure that you have the most comfortable stay.
