to begin with, hotel is at one the best location in haldwani. i reached at the hotel easily and to my surprise reception staff was quite welcoming, it was a easy check in. even after that the staff took me to my room and was very polite and humble in the way of talking.then room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. over all i am satisfied by the value that i got for the price that i got it for. i am really happy and i will stay again if i ever come again to haldwani.

experience very bad. staff not responding properly. water is not hot at winter. all cold water. always ask first to open hot water that is very bad thing. no gyeser or hot water provision is available. terrif is high as per services.
