I have to rate low because elderly people like us were made to climb stairs to reach 2nd floor as there was no elevator facility. Had I known this beforehand I wouldn't have booked accommodation in this joint.

Though in Elite shopping area, no hussle bussle of that.
Excellent maintenance
Draw back is No elevator for elderly and no room service.
I love to stay here with family next time

it's great that they kept all essential items like towels and soap beforehand
