Booked 2 rooms for parents and inlaws. I knew the rooms were small, but thought service and quality would make up. But had very bad experience - service too slow, seems they are understaffed. Had consistent issues with water, AC and television in one of the room. This hotel does not deserve such exorbitant charges. Neither its 4 star.

rooms very small.no refrigerator in room. no chilled water.overpriced as per room and amenities. the only good thing is staff. so polite and helpful.

booked on influence of brand name, disappointed with property, very small size room, no fridge in room, no chilled water, phone not wrkng, overpriced as per amenties. only good thing was the staff.they very polite and helpful.

indie stay, bkc mumbai reception courteous staff room decent , clean, nicely arranged. bathroom good, clean. breakfast was very good.

too small room and very high price... no one can't belive that price for that small room. in photos everyone looks big, but reality it's very small and congested.. they charged 10,000 plus for 150+sft room... the charge for only name, not for facilities..and finally I was very disappointed about that room...

Horrible stay...the rooms are very very small and the the cost is insanely ...not worth staying even for one night...no amenities and suffocating atmosphere

I had a very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree. I enjoyed every bit of it; the staff and reception were very polite, understanding, and responsive. It is also very close to the US consulate and other landmarks, so it is definitely worth considering

Pretty decent location, good for BKC and places connected via the Centrail railway line. The room size and the bed size felt a bit smaller for the price I paid even when I had booked the most expensive room option.

The room is very small in executive category. I think one of the worst Lemon tree properties. Only if you have a single night itinerary and work in BKC as thats very close by, will advise for stay or else avoid. Not well maintained as well as the curtain inside the bathroom has stains. Also, seevice is late
