Very bad experience , no welcome drink , no mini baar thumsup in the fridge ...Room is very small even though i booked premium one .there was no slipper available ..without calling housekeeping they never come to clean the room.some of the staff in food zone are good but on reception every staff was rude ..i will never book this hotel in future ..

I met with Gaurav at front office who welcome us and his behaviour was very cooperative. He assist us a lot with facilities at Hotel. Our stay at hotel during transit was very comfortable as the food of the hotel was amazing.
