Worst service by Leo plaza. Bathroom locks are not working. Cupboard are dirty and unusable. They didn't drinking water, they asked me to come down stairs to fill my water bottle. In top of that, they asked me to change the room for blah blah reasons.

new hotel but maintained well....staff is supportive d give guidance.... definately budget hotel with well maintained hotel...
