Worst experience ever. Paid for the super-deluxe room.but the facilities didn't even matched that of executive room. The air conditioner on 16 degree doesn't even gave the cooling of 28 degree. Even the basic necessities were not placed. Had to call many a times at reception for these. The AC of the room stopped at the very starting, And then at the mid night. Washroom had the smoking smell. I had planned to check out at 11 A.M but had to leave early around 05 A.M. to book some other hotel and have some proper rest. Will never ever recommend anyone. Better to look for some dharmshala.

Bad experience.AC was not working properly even after the complaint it was not resolved properly.basic essential were not available.we have to call many times. Service was slow and there was so much disturbance outside the room even in the midnight. I couldn’t sleep properly
