Worst experience ever. Paid for the super-deluxe room.but the facilities didn't even matched that of executive room. The air conditioner on 16 degree doesn't even gave the cooling of 28 degree. Even the basic necessities were not placed. Had to call many a times at reception for these. The AC of the room stopped at the very starting, And then at the mid night. Washroom had the smoking smell. I had planned to check out at 11 A.M but had to leave early around 05 A.M. to book some other hotel and have some proper rest. Will never ever recommend anyone. Better to look for some dharmshala.

it was very good stay at the hotel Levelup Signature. The staff is very professional and Helpful. Room service is amazing and especially Morning Breakfast is so delicious 🤤. Thank you Adil Chef & Night Reception person Mr. Rahul.

overall experience was horrible. no proper cleanliness, no toiletire items, no proper lighting, even insects and mosquitos in room..
breakfast was average.. staff was not much cooperative .
it was just an average hotel in higher prices.. got scammed with room pictures available on internet but it doesn’t have 4-star hotel vibe.
never recommend to anyone ..
