I liked the stay. Cleanliness was good, service was also good. Staff behaviour is also a compelling reason to make you stay whenever you are in Jaipur.

very nice property and all over quality is good. reception representative Ms. Shivani was very helpful for our city tour and arrangements. very nice staff and all amenities 👍 good for family accommodation

we had an amazing stay at hotel libra lords inn! from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient, ensuring our room was always fresh and comfortable. a special shout-out to shivani at the front desk—she was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. her helpfulness made a big difference in making our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Seriously lacking management. I had to wait to get bags in my room after constant reminders. I ordered dinner that never came. No cleanliness in room or washroom. Breakfast was tasteless and 20-25 mins just for checkout. Everyone in staff needs training, they are just goofing around especially the front desk.

The stay at this hotel was just awful. To be honest, I couldn't see a cause to award it even one star. I'm not sure how they received four or five stars from the patrons; they were given a room on the eighth level, which they believed to be a non-smoking room, but it wasn't. The restrooms lack a hair dryer, chappals, a room heater, a foot mat in the bathroom, hot water, and much more. You have to waste at least one bucket of water to receive the lukewarm water. Unexpectedly, the door to room 601 won't open unless you phone the administrative staff. also rest rooms are dirty.
