I booked hotel Lila Palace for 2 rooms for 1 day with complete online payment But while we reached the hotel they told they didn't receive information about our booking. But while I showed my booking confirmation to them, they gave us very very inferior quality rooms in another hotel named The New Tirupati Guest House.

first of all, they refused our booking. when i showed my booking details, they told no room is vacant. then i showed them the call details i had with them and threatened to lodge complaint against them, then they apologised saying they had mistaken and gave us one room for 4 persons instead of two rooms. at the end they apologised and accepted their mistakes.

The property is near the Nehru market and Old Digha sea beach.Room service is not good at all. After ordering food, you need to wait for hours.Room cleaning service is not appropriate.Otherwise, it's a good place to stay

Hotel room were nice no doubt.. Same as the pictures provided But the previous guest had put stains on the bathroom basin... I don't blame the hotel for this they tried to clean the stains form the bathroom of room no. 404 but couldn't remove the stains from the wall and basin.. Staff were polite, good service, lift AC all working well balcony with city view... Location is nice near to the beach easy walk for around 4 min min.. Overall good stay Next time i would like to stay here but in a different room... 🌝

decently decorated rooms ample space with all amenities and a nice balcony overlooking the main entrance road of digha beach ⛱️🏖️⛱️ and main market area just two minutes.. from hotel everything available including drinks . medicine, eating houses two of the main banks hdfc bank ltd and sbi bank within 50 metres of the main entrance of the bank and the old digha main bus stand within 100 metres and ample communications.

this hotel is located in old digha, near dighali 1 & old digha tourist bus parking. sea beach is just 3-4 min walking distance. i loved the accommodation because of spacious, clean and airy room, there are adequate lights in the room to set the mood. view from balcony is very nice. bedsheets, towels are fresh and clean. bathroom is clean and hot water is available in the bathroom. it was overall a good hygienic ambience. the hotel has a restaurant and the food items are really delicious at affor ...more
