recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and hospitality special thanks to Ms. Sajela mam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a hotel. They don’t hv restaurant. Breakfast shown in package is outsourced from some local canteen. No menu to choose for breakfast. Price is too high compared to services,locality and amenities

It is just new room, but they are not maintaining well. No any amenities. You will get towel and bedding and nothing else.Even caretaker is not there all the time. No proper security. Lady at reception was very nice, polite and helpful. It was good.

The hotel rooms are really good. The receptionist was very friendly. This place is very near to Kumarakom bus stand. Also, the Kumarakom jetty is just 1.5 km away.

Stay was comfortable. Easily accessible on the main road. Bed, bedsheet and towels are very clean. Bathroom and Sanitary wares are too clear. A good place for those who is looking for a stay in Kumarakom. Vegetarian travellers, no vegetarian hotels in Kumarakom. you need to get parcel while coming or you need to travel to Kottayam 12 kms for vegetarian hotels.
