V cold approach and hotel staff is surprised by the fact that there's a check in !!! They are not even aware of the fact of a guest booking with them !!!! The first look they give you is why are you here for ? Tons of questions about why you are checking in !! And hotel staff is desperate to have your ID proof as if they could snatch it from your wallet 😱 Basic menu for food only available if asked for food for room service on request as there's no restaurant 😰.
