Had a great time staying at this property. The location is great. Just next to the Kailash Colony metro station at Violet line. The staff there, Ganesh and Chottu were really helpful and accommodating to our little requests be it making special coffee for us with less sugar or getting us other things which we needed. Privacy is maintained. No one bothers you unnecessarily. They have ample of parking space as well. Good property for business or personal purposes.

I won’t recommend this place .It was worst stay .Poor location,highly unprofessional & rude staff ,zero hygiene ,balcony rooms displayed in images are just false illusions,no food availability (they keep on saying our chef isn’t available ),room service by housekeeping is not available even on request they didn’t come for room cleaning during whole stay .Leaking bathroom pipelines ,no toiletries ,they have provided image of new bathroom washbasins only ,rest reality is different .No kitchen support as displayed .

Its a wonderful location with amazing staff . my stay was very comfortable and food was freshly cooked for us . it was delicious and morning breakfast was too served in time . caretaker Ganesh was very helpful. I must recommend this to every one

Mattress was hard , not as soft which you expect in hotels . No complimentary water , you need to request for water , then they'll provide.

Positive experience at hotel managed by manager Mr. Ganesh. Hotel owner is also very active being on floor attending guest queries. Nice and cosy stay.. will consider it for next stay..
